I have always compared buying a house to falling in love. You date for a while during your adolescent years, figuring out yourself and who you may be compatible with. There are certain things you like, dislike, and learn from each relationship. You take those lessons into your next relationship. Over time you get a sense of exactly what you are looking for but for most people, it takes time to find “your person.” When you find that person, there is that “special feeling” of falling in love. You don’t know when or where it’s going to happen, it just happens. The same thing goes for buying a house. Online you see a place that looks great but you don’t know if it’s the right one until you actually “feel” the house.  You think this neighborhood is a great fit but then you drive through and it just doesn’t feel right.  At some point, you’ll get that “special feeling” and know that the house is the one for you.

Benny was born and raised in Boulder Colorado and grew up working at his family’s real estate and property management company, serving clients throughout the Denver and Boulder metropolitan areas.  Even before graduating from the University of Colorado, Benny began his lifelong career in Colorado real estate.  Growing up in the industry has afforded Benny both extensive knowledge and experience, coupled with his passion for providing the highest level of client services for his Buyers and Sellers.

In addition to his 15 years as a broker, Benny also has an extensive background in property asset management. Focusing on both residential and student investment properties across the Front Range, he oversaw and was responsible for a portfolio valued at $1 billion dollars, collecting $70 million in rents annually.  Benny’s additional property asset management experience has provided him an invaluable insight into acquiring and managing investment real estate, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and proactively solve complex problems throughout any real estate transaction.

As a Colorado native, Benny has seen the landscape of the Denver and Boulder real estate market change first hand, and successfully guides his clients through the complexities of each real estate transaction.  In addition, Benny takes his relationship-based approach to a higher level, ensuring his clients a successful and positive experience.
